Pioneer Bank is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to join our St. James team. This role is a great opportunity to grow within a strong, relationship-focused organization while supporting our Complex Banker team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Credit Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our bankers and ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our lending and portfolio processes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with bankers to deliver exceptional service and bring meaningful value to every customer relationship
Assist with loan documentation by completing preliminary tasks and ensuring accurate, complete submissions to Credit Operations
Support portfolio management, including file maintenance, scanning, monthly balance verification, and tracking of insurance, real estate taxes, and ticklers
Accurately search and file government documents with county courthouses and the Secretary of State office
Provide backup support for Personal Bankers, including assisting with account openings as needed
Uphold and model Pioneer Bank’s Culture Standards in all interactions
QualificationsQualifications
Previous banking or financial services experience preferred
Strong commitment to learning, growth, and professional development
Passion for serving others and building strong relationships
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business acumen
