Live Selling Specialist – TikTok Live

Pins & Aces is looking for energetic, competitive, and sales-driven personalities to join our team as Live Selling Specialists, primarily focused on selling Pins & Aces products through TikTok Live.

This is a commission-based, performance-driven position. Your earning potential is directly tied to how well you sell. Strong performers should have the opportunity to earn $50–$75+ per hour, with the potential to earn even more.

What You'll Do

• Host engaging TikTok Live shopping streams for Pins & Aces
• Showcase and sell Pins & Aces products to a live audience
• Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create an entertaining shopping experience
• Create excitement and urgency around products, promotions, and limited inventory
• Learn Pins & Aces products and communicate their features effectively
• Continuously improve your sales approach based on results
• Meet weekly streaming and performance expectations

Schedule & Expectations

This position offers flexibility in when you work, but Live Selling Specialists are expected to stream a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Your streaming schedule will be coordinated with the Pins & Aces team to ensure consistent live coverage throughout the week.

Because this is a commission-based role, the more you stream and the better you perform, the more you can earn. Strong sellers are encouraged to stream beyond the 20-hour minimum to maximize their earning potential.

Consistent performance is expected. Sellers who are not generating sales or showing meaningful improvement may not continue in the position.

Compensation

This is primarily a commission-based position, so there is no guaranteed hourly earning rate.

Your income is driven by your sales performance. Strong sellers should have the ability to earn approximately $50–$75+ per hour, while exceptional performers may earn more.

Previous live-selling experience is a plus, but sales ability, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important.
