Join Our Team at Pierre Landscape: Estimator Opportunity!

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Estimator to evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure we secure profitable projects. In this role, you will aggressively follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and clients while partnering closely with Sales and Project Management to close deals and manage budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze drawings and specifications, provide material take-offs, prepare detailed cost breakdowns, and manage addendum control.

  • Prepare cost analyses for material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors; develop value engineering options; and review contractual terms and conditions.

  • Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Field Operations on schedules, labor requirements, and long-lead items; prepare and submit RFIs.

  • Organize vendor and subcontractor quotations, ensure quotes align with contract documents, and maintain strong industry partnerships.

  • Complete budgeting inputs in accounting software, organize all documentation in project folders for production turnover, and conduct site visits to evaluate logistics and access.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.

  • Strong ability to multitask across multiple projects and prioritize future deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in estimating software, accounting systems, and blueprint reading.

Hours 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Monday through Friday
