Every day at Phoenix House begins with purpose.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you step into a treatment environment where clients are working hard to rebuild their lives, regain stability, and move forward in recovery. Your role is more than completing tasks — it is about being a calm, compassionate, and dependable presence during an important chapter in someone’s healing journey.

Your day may begin by checking in on clients, assisting with medication support, reviewing health documentation, or monitoring vital signs. As the day continues, you may help coordinate a medical appointment, complete screenings, respond to a client’s health concern, or collaborate with the treatment team to ensure each person receives the care and follow-up they need.

Some moments may be routine. Others may require quick thinking, patience, and reassurance. Through it all, your attention to detail helps keep clients safe, and your compassion helps clients feel seen, respected, and supported.

At Phoenix House, your nursing skills help create the structure clients need to focus on recovery. Your care helps build trust. Your follow-through helps make healing possible.

If you are looking for a meaningful nursing role where your work supports recovery, dignity, and lasting change, we invite you to apply.

Phoenix House of NY is proudly offering 100% employer-paid medical insurance for all eligible employees and their dependents!
