This is a remote position.
We are looking for a skilled Algolia AI Search Specialist to configure, optimize, and enhance intelligent search capabilities across enterprise applications. The consultant will ensure that search functionality is fast, relevant, and user‑friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Algolia search indices for enterprise applications.
- Implement advanced search features including relevance tuning, faceting, and personalization.
- Integrate Algolia into web and mobile platforms.
- Monitor search analytics and continuously improve search performance.
- Collaborate with product and IT teams to align search functionality with business needs.
- Document configurations and provide training/support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with Algolia AI Search implementation.
- Strong understanding of search relevance, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience integrating Algolia with web/mobile applications.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret search analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
