We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Account Supervisor, Corporate Health to support strategic communications, corporate reputation, thought leadership, narrative and content development, speaking engagement and executive visibility support and more for a portfolio of key clients in the health and life science verticals 

As a Senior Account Supervisor, you will help provide counsel to client stakeholders and manage day to day internal, cross-functional teams. 

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, confident client partner, skilled project manager, and collaborative team leader who can translate complex healthcare topics into clear, compelling communications.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a strategic lead across multiple client accounts, providing counsel to clients and team members, and driving account growth  

  • Drive corporate reputation and strategic business programs for clients in the healthcare space taking into account KPIs against business goals 

  • Support internal teams on writing and editorial management and creative services work to ensure high-quality deliverables to meet client needs 

  • Evaluate communications opportunities for senior business leaders to share the organization’s position on key topics 

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and industries, and the industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client 

  • Lead cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, content, analytics) to deliver cohesive, high-impact work across channels and touchpoints  

  • Lead and grow high-performing teams while mentoring and developing talent 

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate communications for healthcare/pharmaceutical clients 

  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts and leading complex, high-visibility programs  

  • Strong track record of advising senior stakeholders, including executive leadership  

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead strategic communications programs with measurable outcomes  

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams  

  • Experience leveraging research, analytics, and employee sentiment to inform strategy  

  • Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI into communications and workflows  

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills  

  • Highly collaborative, strategic, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $100,000 - $115,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
