Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient operation of the front office & support to HR. This position handles daily office tasks, schedules appointments, maintains records, communicates with clients and staff, and assists management with various administrative duties.QualificationsKey Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases and filing systems.
Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office needs.
Assist with correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
Assist new employees with the onboarding process and schedule onboarding training
Assist with some timekeeping and attendance items
Welcome visitors and provide customer service as needed.
Process invoices or other administrative paperwork.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events when required.
Help coordinate employee meetings, training sessions, and HR events including monthly Perfect Attendance plans
Support managers and team members with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Maintain petty cash and monthly reporting
Maintain and manage employee reward program
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
