Overview

We are looking for a visionary software engineer for the Core and Foundational Agents team to transform the way our AI platform interacts with essential external systems and APIs. In this role, you will design and develop advanced integration agents that enable seamless engagement with platforms such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub, and Splunk.

 

Working closely with architectural and multidisciplinary technical teams, you will help build a cohesive integration platform framework that supports our AI strategy and drives future innovation. This position provides an opportunity to influence the technological direction of our AI ecosystem while delivering impactful, scalable, and efficient AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level architecture analysis and contribute to the design of AI integration solutions.
• Drive agentic development practices  across a modern AI software delivery platform
• Code and design AI-driven applications and integration agents based on detailed business and user requirements.
• Contribute to solution design and create clear technical documentation.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems and APIs (e.g., ServiceNow, Confluence, GitHub, Bitbucket, Splunk).
• Troubleshoot application and system issues and implement sustainable fixes.
• Modify existing code and services to improve stability, performance, and maintainability.
• Document new applications and changes made to existing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, platform teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and do what is necessary to meet the team’s definition of done.
• Research, experiment with, and recommend emerging technologies and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Moderate experience (3-4 years) with any of following Python/.NET/Java, focusing on application development and exploration of AI projects. Experience with or exposure to FastAPI and AI engineering.
• Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control, including basic command usage and effective repository navigation.
• Databases: Solid experience with SQL and relational database concepts, capable of writing simple to moderate queries. Familiarity with Big Data technologies is beneficial.
• Containerization/Docker: Practical understanding and hands-on experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
• API Integrations: Demonstrated experience in API development with a strong understanding of RESTful services.
• AI Agent Systems: Exposure to AI agents and their configuration, with a keen interest in further developing skills in agent-based systems. Experience in actual agent development is a plus.
• Cloud Platforms: Moderate experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS, demonstrating capability in leveraging cloud technologies for deployment and infrastructure management.
• MCP Server Configuration: Familiarity is beneficial, with a readiness to learn more about MCP server configuration.
• Lang* Suite: Awareness and some exposure to Langgraph, Langchain, Langsmith; a desire to deepen knowledge in agent graphs and agent to agent communication is advantageous.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working within an Agile framework, demonstrating the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively.
• Self-Motivation and Initiative: Ability to manage technical responsibilities independently, exhibiting a proactive approach to learning and contributing to projects.
• Analytical and Technical Skills: Solid analytical skills, supported by sound technical judgment and a foundation in effective problem-solving.
• Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning, research, and experimentation with new technologies, demonstrating adaptability and a growth mindset.
