Senior Solutions Engineer

Boston +4 · On-site$140k – $180k + Equity

About this role

The Role: This role bridges and orchestrates the handoff between what was sold and what gets built. As Senior Solution Engineer you facilitate both sides of it. Before the contract, you are the technical and process authority in the room. You run discovery with quality, logistics and IT stakeholders, demo the platform against the customer's real cold chain problem rather than a generic script, and shape the initial solution design that underpins the commercial proposal. After signature, you stay on. You translate that design into a delivery plan, then support where needed alongside Delivery, Product and Engineering to make it real. That continuity is the point. You scope what you will be accountable for delivering, which means the solution design that reaches the customer is the one that survives implementation. You are the single technical thread from first discovery call through to a customer operating in production. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in PAXAFE's Commercial Organization, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
