At Pavilion Construction, "BUILDING YOUR VISION" means more than building great projects-it means building great careers. We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the planning and execution of large-scale multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working alongside the Project Manager, Superintendent, subcontractors, and project partners, you'll help manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and coordination to keep projects moving forward.

This role is an opportunity to strengthen your project management experience while contributing directly to the safety, quality, schedule, and overall success of Pavilion projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Assist with project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and regular project reporting
  • Manage project documentation, including bids, bid comparisons, RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and invoices
  • Coordinate with design consultants, jurisdictions, utilities, subcontractors, and internal project teams
  • Monitor project progress and help identify and resolve schedule, budget, quality, and coordination issues
  • Support procurement, subcontractor coordination, and scope management
  • Participate in project meetings, site walks, punch lists, turnover, and closeout activities
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records using Pavilion's project management systems
  • Support Project Managers and project teams as needed to meet project goals and deadlines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Construction project coordination or management experience, preferably with multifamily or commercial projects
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, plans, and project documentation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with construction scheduling software
  • Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction technology is a plus
  • PMP or other industry-related certification is a plus
  • A commitment to accountability, teamwork, and delivering a great experience for both internal and external partners
