Prerequisites:
- 3+ solid years of welding experience
- Ability to weld TIG
- Must have experience working with thin gauge stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, and aluminum
- Self-Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to read fabrication drawings
- Able to work with a team as well as stand out on their own
- Work within tight tolerances
- Provide a high-quality product
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
- Welding certification required
