Responsibilities

• Lead the Human resources team in their regional and building relationships with hospital leadership and regional leaders.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing all aspects of Human Resources management in such a manner as to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all employees and compliance with all PAM Health policies and procedures and legal aspects of employee/employer relationships.
• Serve as a resource to the HR team, member of management, and employees.
• Analyze data to optimize the efficiency and productivity of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and off-boarding.
• Oversee the management of HR to applicable region.
• The role will also require 75% or more travel to multiple hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Extensive related HR experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Three years of health care human resources experience preferred.
