About this role

THE ROLE

We're looking for a licensed or associate therapist to join our Palo Alto-based practice. You'll have a typical caseload of 21-22 billable hours per week. The remaining time is spent on notes, treatment planning, weekly consultations, and training — so you're not drowning in charting at night.

We work with individuals, children, teens, adults, families, and couples. You'll have input on your caseload — we match clients to you based on what you're interested in, not just who's next on the list.

WHAT YOU GET

Reasonable caseload. You're not drowning. 21-22 billable hours means you have time to think and actually do good work.

Real training. Not just "required" CEs — we provide them and pay for them. Weekly consultation groups, skills training, and full CBT/OCD certification. If you want to build a couples practice, we have a dedicated consultation group for that.

Your admin handled. Scheduling, billing, intake, marketing — that's not on you. You do clinical work.

Team environment. We're therapist-owned, we actually support each other, and people stick around because it's sustainable.

Compensation. $90,000 to $100,000 as a licensed W-2 employee based on experience. Health insurance (we cover 50%), dental, vision, 401k, malpractice insurance covered, cell phone reimbursement. PTO and paid sick leave.

LOCATIONS

Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or San Jose. In-person and hybrid options available.

We're hiring now and reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
