About this role
We are looking for a Founding GTM Strategy hire with 2-4 years of experience to build Pallet's go-to-market engine from scratch. You're an analytically minded, high-intensity operator coming from consulting (MBB preferred) or strategy/ops at a high-growth tech company who wants to break into the startup world and own something meaningful. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating what Pallet builds into narratives, launches, and materials that drive revenue. This is a rare opportunity to join a Series B company with 700% revenue growth and potentially move into a Head of Product Marketing role within 12 months.
What will you be doing?
Building the product marketing function from zero — owning case studies, sales enablement materials, messaging, and customer personas
Running market research and competitive analysis to shape Pallet's differentiated positioning across customer segments
Working directly with the sales team to understand objections, customer language, and which segments close fastest — then turning those insights into GTM strategy
Owning feature launches end-to-end, coordinating across product, engineering, sales, and marketing
Tackling high-impact strategic projects like market expansion, partnerships, and pricing as company needs evolve
