About this role
We are looking for an Agent Product Manager with 6+ years of experience to own end-to-end enterprise deployments of our AI agent platform, CoPallet. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Fortune 500 logistics customers and our internal teams, translating complex supply chain workflows into live AI agent configurations that automate mission-critical operations.
What will you be doing?
Own enterprise customer deployments end-to-end — from discovery and workflow design through go-live and long-term success
Serve as the executive point of contact for accounts worth $500K–$2M+, managing stakeholder communication and expectation-setting
Translate complex business processes into executable AI agent workflows, partnering with Agent Delivery Engineers
Manage 1–3 concurrent high-stakes accounts with distinct timelines, traveling ~30% for customer milestones
Help build and scale the deployment playbook as one of the foundational hires shaping this function
Key Requirements
0-2 years in client-facing roles with direct experience implementing software for enterprise customers
Executive presence with polished, native-level English communication and regular VP/C-suite exposure
Strong technical acumen — comfortable with LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL, and mapping customer workflows to AI agent designs
Thrives in ambiguity and high-intensity environments (60+ hr weeks, short-notice travel)
Located in or willing to relocate to New York or San Francisco
