Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $20.80 to $29.12 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to own the payment process for a designated portfolio of accounts. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll run the full payment cycle from invoice matching through disbursement, resolve issues directly with vendors, and supervise our Accounting Coordinators.

If you've spent a few years in AP and are ready for a position with more autonomy and a supervisory component, this is a good next step.

Your schedule will vary during the initial training period while you get up to speed. Once training is complete, you'll work three days in the office and two days from home each week.

What You'll Do

  • Match vendor invoices and review proofs of delivery for accuracy
  • Process check payments and establish ACH setups for vendors
  • Investigate and resolve payment inquiries and disputes from vendors and internal management
  • Prepare and provide invoicing reports
  • Partner with outside developers to keep our accounting systems running smoothly
  • Supervise and support Accounting Coordinators
  • Pitch in on other projects that keep the Accounting Department moving

What You Bring

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting or Accounts Payable
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate, thorough work
  • Clear written and verbal communication, since you'll be the point of contact for vendors and internal teams alike
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • The ability to manage your own deadlines and prioritize a full queue
  • A customer-service mindset toward both external vendors and internal departments
  • Associate's degree (2-year college or technical school) preferred

Pay and Time Off

  • Weekly pay, on time, every week
  • Daily Pay option, so you can access your earnings before payday
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Health Coverage

  • Medical: three plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield, with weekly premiums starting at $28.75
  • Health Savings Account with company contributions up to $750 annually
  • Prescription drug coverage with copays starting at $10 for generics
  • Dental: MetLife plans starting at $5.76 per week, with 100% preventive care coverage
  • Vision: $10 eye exams and a $150 frame allowance through Superior Vision by MetLife, starting at $1.46 per week
  • Flexible benefit options so you can build a plan that fits your budget

Retirement and Financial Support

  • 401(k) with up to a 4% employer match, eligible the first of the month after 90 days
  • Access to a Financial Wellness Consultant
  • Employee Assistance Program offering free, confidential support for work stress, grief, legal and financial questions, and more

Additional Perks

  • MetLife Legal and Identity Theft Services
  • Pet insurance through ASPCA
  • LifeMart employee discounts on everyday purchases plus travel, electronics, and entertainment
  • Dell Employee Purchase Program discounts for personal use
