At Pacific Rubber and Packing in San Carlos, CA; we're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician who takes pride in creating an environment where great work can happen.

What You'll Do

• You'll help keep our manufacturing facility running smoothly by:
• Maintaining building spaces and common areas
• Completing preventive maintenance tasks
• Monitoring service vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to facility standards.
• Supporting facility improvement projects
• Maintaining safety and workplace organization standards
• Responding to day-to-day facility needs

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or similar software applications.
• Experience maintaining buildings, facilities, or workplace environments.
• A hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A mindset that says, "I'll take care of it."

Physical Requirements

• Frequentlylift upto 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 25+ lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, and work within a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
