Job DetailsJob Location: Boise, ID 83705Position Type: Full timeSalary Range: $32.00 - $32.00Job Shift: Swing shiftJob Category: TransportationOur Drivers touch the freight! This position is responsible for the delivery of product to the customers of Pacific Coast Fresh.

What you'll do...

Do a complete pre-trip inspection of the vehicle
Deliver product to customers, checking pallets tags to assure delivery to right location
Pick up product from vendors if needed and check orders for accuracy
Upon completion of route return to Boise depot and do a post-trip inspection
Operate and monitor all equipment professionally and safely including manual and electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, and vehicles
Must maintain a professional demeanor with speaking with employees, customers, and management
Drivers typically have 4 to 5 stops per night
Other duties may be assigned

What we look for...

Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle equivalent to the class of license the driver currently holds
Customer Service experience
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to operate an electric pallet jack safely
Ability to speak, read and write in English
Be able to properly fill out a manifest, credit, and inspection sheet and drivers log on apps
Must be able to work holidays if needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stack and un-stack product on pallets
Ability to sit, stand, walk, carry, lift, push, pull, stoop while checking, loading, and delivering product
Knowledge of produce types and ability to determine quality a plus (but not required)
