- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. (Candidates who are not certified must become certified within one year of their hire date.)
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience leading complex technology, operational, compliance, or workforce-related projects and programs.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading UKG Dimensions (Kronos Workforce Dimensions) implementation, optimization, upgrade, or enhancement initiatives.
- Experience supporting integrations between UKG Dimensions, Workday HCM, Payroll, and related enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce management, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and labor compliance processes.
- Proven organizational change management experience, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, readiness, adoption, and sustainment activities.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational, facilitation, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
