Provide ongoing support and consultative services to strategic network partners with a focus on increasing their MTM performance and supporting any OutcomesOne™ paid solutions.

Build collaborative and strategic relationships with network partners at assigned organizations.
Apply knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice, MTM models and healthcare technology to engage partners and collaborate on MTM performance.
Prepare and analyze reports for assigned network partners, including requesting data or custom reports as needed.
Maintain frequent communication with partners related to platform and program changes while anticipating impacts to partner operations and clinical engagement
Analyze organization performance data along with pharmacy clinical program expertise to drive insights, strategy, and recommend best practices to improve. Ensure day-to-day needs are met and appropriately delegate tasks to support associate.

Independently assess and triage any suspected or reported issues, including clinical inquiries, while being responsive to partner concerns.
Independently leads complex projects impacting the team or network with only general guidance.
Applies comprehensive knowledge to solve problems and complete tasks independently.
Coordinate and lead weekly or monthly performance review meetings with assigned organizations. Coordinate and lead onsite meetings with organizations as required
Responsible for team processes, including developing and maintaining policies and procedures
Navigate and support contracting, implementations, and/or integration with partners as needed.
Collaborate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical team members, contributing to pharmacy-related initiatives by supporting data analysis, partner communication, project management, and process improvements

QualificationsKNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

What is expected of you and others at this level

Healthcare experience strongly preferred
Experience providing and/or coordinating clinical pharmacy programs strongly preferred
Ability to meet multiple deadlines
Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects
May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Works on complex projects of large scope
Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives
Completes work independently; receives general guidance on new projects
May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
High level of expertise in Outcomes programs and the Outcomes™ Platform, including advising on clinical programs and rationale.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, demonstrating professionalism and good judgment at all times
Strategic mindset with the ability to make decisions that influence the team’s ability to achieve its goals
Must be comfortable presenting in front of a group and coaching peers
Must be able to work autonomously, while also being part of an integrated team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple priorities, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and exemplary follow-through
Strong quantitative, qualitative, and analytical skills including technical proficiency related to PC and basic office software

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum years of work experience: 5 years , healthcare and account management experience preferred

Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experience in account management. PharmD preferred.
