Responsibilities
- Coordinating treatment plans
- Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions
- Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
- Understand dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator required
