Job Summary:

Oversee the maintenance, installation, and support of electronic and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical components, working with mechanical systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of production and packaging machinery. Additionally, they should be familiar with IT networking and have a basic understanding of software programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic components, mechanical systems, and electromechanical machinery, including optics equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits, components, and systems, including wiring, terminating, and testing circuits.
  • Interpret and work with schematic diagrams, electrical symbols, voltage calculations, and circuit flow analysis.
  • Ensure proper handling, installation, and maintenance of sensitive electronic hardware, software, and OEM equipment.
  • Support product integration, project validation, and performance qualification of new installations at client sites.
  • Coordinate between customers and technical support teams to resolve issues on production lines efficiently.
  • Deliver basic system training to operators and demonstrate the functionality of installed equipment.
  • Provide IT networking support, including hardware setup, IP addressing, networking protocols, routers, switches, and general connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Diploma/Degree Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting electronic and electromechanical systems.
  • Strong knowledge of circuitry, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with mechanical assembly, drilling, and mounting electronic components in various materials.
  • Familiarity with IP networking, domain identification, routing, cabling, and network troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of software programming; Knowledge of Python or line-level coding is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.
  • Language Requirements: Must be able to clearly speak and write in English and Hindi. Strong communication and professional presentation skills are essential.
  • Travel Requirements: This position requires frequent and extended travel. Candidates must be prepared to travel a minimum of three weeks per month, including possible weekend over-stays when installations exceed six business days.
