Staffing Coordinator- Full Time - The Grand of Dublin
Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Fulltime Staffing Coordinator to join our team.

- Plans and develops monthly schedule for all nursing staff to ensure appropriate patient/resident care.
- Ensures staffing vacancies due to call offs, leaves, etc. are filled timely using scheduling and timekeeping system.
- Attends weekly staffing meetings to ensure development of staffing strategy.
- Completes payroll for nursing department
- Communicates all matters related to potential liability and exposure to Director of Nursing Services.
