Job Title: | International Logistics Specialist (Boise) - Vessel Processing |
Role Summary: | Service Operations Import processes are executed by this position, which requires adherence to policies and procedures to ensure optimal service for internal and external customers and vendors. Responsibilities include completion of check lists at the individual vessel and port level to ensure that Inbound cargo is on file with USCBP, local terminals and port operations. In addition, the position will work closely with vendors and terminals to coordinate the release of general import cargo as well as special cargo which includes refrigerated units requiring cold treatment, out of gauge and break bulk cargo. In addition, they will monitor cargo movement for USCBP exams to ensure timely release once cargo has been cleared. The incumbent reports directly to the Supervisor, Service Operations. |
