Patient Services Coordinator

• It is 100% Onsite position at Mount Pleasant, SC
  
• Shift/Schedule: Onsite MF 8 AM to 4:30 PM
  
• This practice sees patients in 4 locations: Mt. Pleasant, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Beaufort.
  
• Dress Code (if applicable): Scrubs or business professional
  

• Bariatric surgery in our Novant Health General Surgery and Bariatrics
  1280 Hospital Drive Suite 302, Mount Pleasant office.
  
• The satellite offices will be with the Bariatric Surgeon once a month at the following locations below;

• Responsible for timely and accurate recording of patient demographics, insurance information, patient charges and collections.
  
• Scheduling patient appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Working through EPIC/EMR systems
  

Requirements

• HS Diploma/ GED
  
• 1+ years of relevant experience within a healthcare setting
  
• EPIC experience
  
• OnBase experience (heavily preferred)
  
• Customer Service experience
  
• Must be computer savvy
