- You lead and further develop the Supply Products subprocess, ensuring the availability of products and accessories
- You take overall responsibility for operational performance and strategic priorities
- You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive decisions and continuous improvement
- You support and develop leaders while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
You represent Supply Products in cross-functional initiatives and projects
What makes you a great fit
- You bring experience in Operations; experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage
- You have proven experience and you enjoy leading and developing people, teams, or projects
- You think strategically, make sound decisions, and involve different perspectives when tackling complex challenges
- You communicate effectively with different stakeholders and build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries
You are fluent in English; German is an advantage

Statutory notice: the monthly salary may considerably exceed the level stipulated by the collective labour agreement. The actual salary is based on the individual professional qualification and experience.
