Your role
- Build and scale our cybersecurity sales organization as the business enters its next phase of growth.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary organization spanning Sales Managers, Inside Sales, Strategic Channel Management, Sales Services, and Sales Engineering.
- Develop a repeatable sales approach, strengthen commercial processes, and scale our channel sales activities.
- Take overall responsibility for order intake, profitability, sales goals, and forecasts, ensuring sustainable business performance.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline development, driving effective opportunity management and ensuring proper documentation of sales activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the tendering and proposal process, ensuring competitive and customer-focused solutions.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product management teams to align market strategies, customer requirements, and business objectives.
What makes you a great fit
- You have a technical education or relevant work experience in IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
- You have extensive experience in sales leadership and B2B channel sales, ideally in IT or cybersecurity.
- Your experience in the electric utility sector, OT cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure is a strong advantage.
- You combine strong strategic and commercial skills with a proven track record of delivering business growth and profitability.
- You have experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams in an international environment.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable engaging with executive-level decision-makers.
- You have an excellent command of English, German is a plus.
- You are willing to travel internationally for up to 40% of your working time.
