The role owns implementation governance, deployment execution, customer executive engagement, technology readiness, go-live success, and deployment scalability. While delivery is performed through globally distributed teams, accountability for successful technology deployment outcomes rests with this role. This position works closely with a peer Services Deployment Leader responsible for operational transition and managed services readiness.
