Are you at least 21 years old and interested in a career in Hospitality, Marketing, or Sales? Odell Brewing Company, a co-worker owned craft brewery in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking an enthusiastic team member to help us promote, sell, and sample our products around CU Boulder.

Position Summary:
The Odell Brand Influencer’s primary functions are to promote Odell Brewing Company and grow our brands through events, promotions and activations throughout the assigned territory. This will include sampling our beer, handing out merchandise, and assisting with festivals or Odell sponsored events. Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
Position Schedule/Hours:
Promos will be scheduled for a few hours on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays; hours/shifts may vary according to seasonal needs.
Essential Functions:
Conduct promotions at assigned locations to include sampling Odell products, handing out merchandise, and promoting the taprooms and featured beer and wine products
Capture Odell fan’s appreciation through engaging promotion of our beer and wine
Upon completion of promotion, upload a recap of the event with photos and data to sales portal
Set up and tear down event displays
Work with Marketing and Sales to determine best use of point of sale and visual assets to attract customers to Odell products
Comply with and remain knowledgeable on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws

Qualifications
Charismatic energy to engage customers
TIPS trained required within 1 month of hire
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record – no DUI’s
Must be 21 years of age
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication to ensure clear and concise communication
Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks with limited direction and supervision
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regular and repetitive motion of hands and arms; reach with hands and arms
Ability to stoop, kneel, climb or crouch
Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds

COMPENSATION
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
