Site Store-Keeper
About this role
Responsibilities:
- Manage purchase orders for material requests submitted by the site team.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) after thorough inspection of incoming materials.
- Track and document all outgoing materials to the site team.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all materials in the site store.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Storekeeper in a Fit-out or Construction background.
- Proficiency in managing purchase orders and tracking inventory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel).
