Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

At Oaklin Lane, sensory integration is core to how we practice. All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.

What you’ll do

• Deliver one-on-one speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, fluency, and social communication goals

• Prepare engaging therapy materials tailored to each child’s individual needs

• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates

• Show up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning moments

• Keep growing your craft through continued education and professional development

• Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first

You are:

You bring:

• Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program

• Current SLPA license/certification in good standing in your state of practice

• A solid understanding of typical and disordered communication development in children

• Experience with or strong interest in working with the pediatric population

What to expect

• Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four-day work week · No nights or weekends
