About this role

Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

Keep the caseload you love. Lead the team behind it.

Oaklin Lane is hiring a Lead Speech-Language Pathologist at our neighborhood clinic — an experienced clinician who wants to keep treating kids while guiding the speech team around them.

On our Lane, leads treat and lead

You got into speech therapy because you believed in the work — and the best leaders never step away from it. As a Lead SLP at Oaklin Lane, you carry your own caseload of kids and supervise the caseloads of the speech-language pathology assistants on your team. The number of SLPAs you supervise follows state supervision guidelines, so your team is always sized for great care. You stay close to the kids, shape the direction of the program, and grow the clinicians around you — with the time, space, and support to do all three well.

About Oaklin Lane

Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

What you’ll do

  • Carry your own caseload, providing evidence-based, play-based speech therapy for kids from infancy through adolescence

  • Supervise the caseloads of the SLPAs on your team, consistent with state supervision guidelines

  • Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and clinical support so every kid on every supervised caseload receives evidence-based care

  • Guide treatment planning and goal development across your caseload and the caseloads you supervise

  • Review and co-sign documentation — ensure clinical notes meet compliance and quality standards

  • Monitor progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team

  • Join interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and PT

  • Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence

  • Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review

  • Stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric speech-language therapy

Why this role at Oaklin Lane

A caseload of your own. Leads at Oaklin Lane keep treating. You stay close to the kids and the work that brought you here — leadership adds to it, never replaces it.

A supervision bonus that grows with your team. Our supervision bonus program rewards the leadership you provide — your bonus is determined by the supervised caseloads on your team. As the SLPAs you supervise grow their caseloads, your bonus grows with them.

A space built for the work. Our clinics are purpose-built from the ground up for pediatric therapy. Designed for how kids actually move, play, and learn.

A team that shows up for each other. We celebrate progress, support each other, and create a place people genuinely want to be. That’s how culture works on our lane.

Work that carries beyond the clinic. Oaklin Lane is expanding access to pediatric therapy across a growing network of neighborhood clinics. As a lead, you’re not just running a caseload — you’re shaping the standard that travels to every clinic we open next.
