Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at our Lake Highlands clinic in Dallas, Texas — a clinician who wants a full caseload of kids they see week after week, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver.

About Oaklin Lane

Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.

What you’ll do

• Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week

• Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and share findings with families in plain language

• Provide one-on-one, play-based 30-minute speech therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence

• Deliver evidence-based treatment across articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills

• Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are

• Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates

• Coordinate care with OT and PT so every kid gets one connected plan

• Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first

Pay tied to the work itself. You earn $100 per evaluation and $50 per 30-minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide.

A four-day clinic week. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions. Speech sessions run 30 minutes, so your day is built in clean, predictable blocks.

Who you are

You are:

• Looking for a full-time schedule and a caseload you can build real relationships in

• Self-motivated and mission-driven

• Deeply knowledgeable in pediatric speech and language development

• Someone who meets kids where they are

• A clear, compassionate communicator

• A team player who cares as much about the clinicians around you as the kids on your schedule

You bring:

• Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing

• Pediatric experience across articulation, fluency, language, and pragmatic skills

• Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely

• A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values

• Pay: $100 per evaluation · $45 per 30-minute session

• Schedule: Full-time · Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM · Fridays reserved for make-up sessions · No nights or weekends

• Location: In-person at Oaklin Lane Lake Highlands — Dallas, Texas
