About this role
SLP Feeding Specialist
Feeding therapy, the way you wish it worked.
Oaklin Lane is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist with feeding expertise to join our neighborhood clinic — a clinician who sees a family’s table as more than a place to eat.
On our Lane, you’re not just another therapist
You got into this work because you believed in it. Because you’ve watched a family exhale the first time their kid trusted a new texture, or an infant find a safe latch after weeks of worry. At Oaklin Lane, we’ve built a place where that belief drives everything — purpose-built feeding rooms, dedicated time with each family, and a team that celebrates every milestone alongside you.
About Oaklin Lane
Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. We believe in evidence-backed therapy where hard work feels like play, and progress happens on each kid’s own terms.
At Oaklin Lane, sensory integration is core to how we practice. All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.
What you’ll do
Build individualized feeding plans for each kid — oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime success
Prepare developmentally appropriate materials and food items tailored to each child’s medical, sensory, and nutritional needs
Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates
Show up for team huddles, case discussions, and learning moments
Keep growing your craft through continued education and professional development
Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first
Why this role at Oaklin Lane
A space built for the work. Our clinics are purpose-built from the ground up for pediatric therapy — feeding rooms included. Designed for how kids actually eat, explore, and learn.
A team that shows up for each other. We celebrate progress, support each other, and create a place people genuinely want to be. That’s how culture works on our lane.
A pathway to grow. We invest in our clinicians — continued education, mentorship, and real opportunities to deepen your expertise. When you grow, our kids do too.
Work that carries beyond the clinic. Oaklin Lane is expanding access to pediatric therapy across a growing network of neighborhood clinics. Your work here reaches further than one family’s table — you’re helping us build a place every family can find.
