We’re looking for a Property Security who takes pride in maintaining a secure environment while delivering a professional, resident-focused presence.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will oversee the safety of the community by monitoring activity, managing access, and responding to incidents with sound judgment, ensuring residents feel secure without disrupting their living experience.
Key areas of focus include
Conducting regular patrols of the property, including entry points and parking areas
Monitoring CCTV and access control systems to identify and address concerns proactively
Managing building access and verifying entry to maintain a controlled environment
Responding to incidents and emergencies with urgency and professionalism
Documenting incidents clearly and accurately for reporting and follow-up
This is a role for someone who is observant, composed, and able to deescalate and assess situations quickly while maintaining a calm and professional presence.
What You Bring to the Team
You have a solid foundation in security, law enforcement, military, or a related field, with the ability to observe, assess risk, and respond appropriately to situations without escalating them unnecessarily.
More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
