We’re looking for a Barista who takes pride in enhancing the resident experience through consistent service, attention to detail, and a welcoming daily presence.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment.
Key areas of focus include
Preparing coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment through daily interaction
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and amenity space
Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service
Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community
This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.
What You Bring to the Team
You have a solid foundation in barista or coffee shop experience, with familiarity in espresso preparation, equipment cleaning and handling and delivering consistent service through resident engagement.
More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
