We’re looking for a Maintenance Apprentice who takes pride in keeping a community clean and well-maintained while building the skills to grow into a Maintenance Technician role.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will support the overall upkeep of the community, with a focus on grounds, cleanliness, and basic maintenance, while gaining hands-on experience across property operations.
Key areas of focus include
Maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities to a consistent, high standard
Managing trash operations, including dumpster areas and bulk item coordination
Assisting the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of community features
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues and safety concerns proactively
Supporting overall property presentation to ensure a clean, well-run environment
This is a role for someone who is dependable, takes initiative and wants to learn the fundamentals of maintenance with the goal of growing in a technician role.
What You Bring to the Team
You have a solid foundation in groundskeeping, general labor, or hands-on work, with the willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, take direction and collaborate in a team environment.
