Behind Every Exceptional Community Is a Team That Runs It Flawlessly

At Northwood Ravin, we’re known for creating some of the most distinctive luxury apartment communities in the Southeast. That same level of care and precision extends beyond what residents see—it’s embedded in how we operate every day.

We’re looking for an Assistant Community Manager who takes pride in owning the financial and operational performance of a community while creating a consistent, well-managed resident experience.

The Opportunity

In this position, you will drive day-to-day operations, with a focus on financial performance, compliance, and resident retention. You act as the operational backbone of the community, ensuring processes are executed accurately and issues are resolved quickly.

Key areas of focus include

Managing delinquency and leading collection efforts with clear, consistent communication
Driving revenue through renewals, lease enforcement, and income optimization strategies
Auditing and maintaining accurate resident files across the full lifecycle
Supporting resident relations by resolving concerns with professionalism and follow-through
Assisting in daily operations, including tours, team coordination, and property standards
Leading by example which includes coaching and mentoring team members to exceed expectations
Stepping in to be a leader in the manager's absence ensuring smooth operations.

This is a role for someone who is proactive, does not avoid difficult conversations, holds a high bar for execution and professionalism, and is comfortable driving performance with consistency and confidence.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in OneSite system and property management operations (with at least 1 year of experience as an assistant community manager), including collections, lease administration, compliance and resident relations, and are looking to expand your impact within a growing community.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
