Occupational Summary

The billing of retail, wholesale and fleet vehicle sales. Processing all vehicle sales in NYS DMV Systems

Hours: afternoon shifts, until 7pm and Saturdays 9AM - 5PM

Essential Job Functions

Bill all retail, wholesale, dealer trade & fleet vehicle deals
Process all DMV paperwork through Tri-Vin in accordance with DMV regulations
Process and organize all paperwork for funding vehicle transactions
Process all required paperwork for accepting trade-in vehicle
Complete and submit the required paperwork to central accounting office
Maintain adequate supply of all paperwork forms for Financial Institutions, DMV, and third party vendors
Continuous communication with Sales Management on paperwork that needs to be obtained by Sales Associates.

Physical Requirements

Position requires the following physical activities: sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, finger dexterity, repetitive motions. The work is performed primarily indoors and a desk setting.

Attend all required meetings whether departmental; store level; or corporate.
