Serving a diverse population, the 319-bed facility functions at a swift pace, with a talented and supportive team of surgeons and staff members. Mount Sinai Hospital offers a fast-paced environment with outstanding surgeons and support staff. Here, CRNAs have the capacity to practice autonomously and have opportunities to perform regional blocks.

Total Rewards
Salary: $250K-$270K per year (based on experience)
Sign-on bonus: $20K

Schedule
• Schedule: 8's and 24's, no call. 24-hour CRNAs provide night coverage and no backup call.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
