Description
Opportunity for CRNAs to practice in a highly autonomous environment. Blended team model, with physician and CRNAs sharing call and personally providing anesthesia. Diverse case mix which affords the opportunity to utilize regional anesthesia skills. St. Francis Hospital is a Catholic not-for-profit health care facility and an affiliate of Hospital Sisters Health System sponsored by the Hospital Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis. Their mission is to meet the needs of those living within the two-county area. Employing nearly 240 area residents, the hospital has a full range of medical services; surgery center; cancer care center; state-of-the-art imaging for diagnostic purposes; and physical, cardiac, and pulmonary rehabilitation. In addition, St. Francis is the only hospital in the two-county area providing maternity services. Care team model. Cohesive group.

Total Rewards
Salary: W2 $170 hr. / 1099 $180/hr.


Case Assignments
• Diverse case mix

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
