No previous industry experience is required—we provide full training from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers through face-to-face interactions at retail locations.
- Representing client products, services, or charitable initiatives professionally and enthusiastically.
- Building rapport with customers and identifying their individual needs.
- Providing clear information about current campaigns and available offerings.
- Assisting customers through the sales or sign-up process.
- Working towards individual and team performance goals.
- Creating a positive experience that reflects our clients' brands.
