Product Engineer

You will lead the design and build of the core interface where private-market operations teams interact with Nomerra's AI agents. As part of our small, high-caliber founding team in Berlin, you will shape the design system, review workflows, and human-in-the-loop UX that make agent output trustworthy and easy to act on. This is a foundational product role with outsized impact on how users experience AI at work.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Nomerra's design system and UX patterns.
• Create product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and data sources.
• Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing and approving agent outputs.
• Conduct user research to identify pain points and refine product features.

What Nomerra is looking for

• Hands-on frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
• Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
• A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that require human review, exception handling, or approval.
• Interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust when presenting automated outputs.
• Comfort conducting user research and iterating closely with operations stakeholders.
• Enthusiasm for joining a small, high-caliber founding team in Berlin.
