Restaurant Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager
We want you to have:
- 2+ years of Full Service Kitchen Management Experience
- Polished / Upscale Casual Dining Experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a from-scratch, culinary driven kitchen necessary
- Experience developing culinary-focused local menu options
- Ability to train, develop and motivate culinary team members
- Experience managing food costs and menu ordering
