About this role
What You Will Do
Operators will follow all company guidelines and NMT Quality System requirements, as defined in policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to ensure that customer needs and FDA (or equivalent) regulations are met.
Perform assembly, manufacturing, welding, testing, and inspection operations for medical devices produced at NMT, as well as any other operations for which they have been trained and certified, in accordance with established NMT procedures.
Read and follow all work instructions; attend briefings, training courses, and meetings within or outside the company as required by the Human Resources Department, General Management, or NMT Operations Management.
Successfully pass examinations required for certification in the operations/processes in which they will be working.

Core Qualifications
High school graduate.
High school diploma (required).
Ability to read and understand simple instructions such as manufacturing assembly instructions, quality standards, and standard operating procedures. Ability to perform simple writing tasks, such as recording lot numbers and dates.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
