POSITION SUMMARY:

This hybrid role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent while also designing and implementing training programs to support employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and corporate training programs.

POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Own and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Work with Sr. Manager of Talent Management to design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Develop instructional materials, e-learning courses, and in-person training sessions.
  • Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and leadership development programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative learning solutions.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  •  3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or learning & development.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, applicant tracking systems, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Certification in HR, Recruitment, or L&D (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CPTD) is a plus.
