NextLink is having an existing position as a Test Analyst Health Care in Brussels area, Belgium.

 

General information:

- Start date: September 2026

- Duration: 12 months renewable

- Workload: full time 2 days on site / 3 days remote

- Work location: Brussels area, Belgium

 Description :

  • Analyse existing application specifications and collaborate with business analysts to clarify requirements when necessary.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, and scripts based on functional specifications.
  • Execute test cases and accurately document and report defects to the IT department.
  • Perform regression testing to maintain application stability across releases.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, structured progress reports on testing activities and project status.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and application improvements.
  • Communicate test progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.

Requirements


  • Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch proficiency required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing.
  • Proven experience in structured test preparation, execution, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel).
  • Demonstrated planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Stable, critical thinking with a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Strong motivation to work closely with business experts and contribute to continuous improvement
