About this role

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform across a range of modules, delivering impactful outcomes for our public sector and government clients. Due to the sensitive nature of the environments you will be working in, candidates must hold an active Security Check (SC) clearance.

Working closely with business analysts, solution architects, and key stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions. Your work will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, automating business processes, and enhancing service delivery across client organisations, while ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and organisational standards.



Requirements

• 8+ years' hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience developing across multiple ServiceNow modules
• Advanced knowledge of:
      o JavaScript
      o Glide API       
      o Business Rules
      o Client Scripts
      o UI Actions
      o Script Includes
      o Flow Designer
• Strong experience with core ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB
• Proven experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Server
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow AIOps solutions, including Event Management, event correlation, intelligent alerting, operational automation, and observability integrations to improve IT operations and service resilience
• Experience with Update Sets, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Instance Cloning
• Solid understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and ServiceNow best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
