About this role
Manage IT carve-out, transition and
application/collaborative separation projects in M&A or reorganisation
contexts, with a generalist project management approach. The position aims to secure the exit or integration of
IT environments, in particular Microsoft 365/O365, messaging, collaboration,
SharePoint, identity and data segregation, while ensuring business continuity,
risk management, compliance with deadlines and coordination of stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bac+5 or equivalent experience.
- 5 to 8 years of
experience in cross-functional IT project management, ideally in M&A,
carve-out, carve-in, Microsoft 365 migration, data separation or digital
transformation contexts.
- Experience in an international and multi-stakeholder
environment is strongly desired.
- Project management: scoping, planning, budget, risks,
governance, committees, RACI, arbitrations, change management and executive
reporting.
- Microsoft
365/O365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, M365 Groups,
Licensing, Functional Administration, and Collaborative Governance.

Microsoft 365 migration tools: Practice migration tools such as ShareGate,
Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, or equivalent. Ability to
prepare, manage and control tenant-to-tenant, SharePoint Online, Teams,
OneDrive and Exchange Online migrations, with permission tracking, metadata,
anomaly reports, recovery tests and cutover.

Carve-out and transition: tenant separation, data migration, coexistence, EBA,
cutover, hypercare, contractual and operational dependencies.
- • Data
and compliance: mapping, classification, segregation, privacy, retention,
archiving, external sharing, auditability, and GDPR principles.
- •
Identity and access: Entra ID/Azure AD, accounts, groups, MFA, B2B guests,
SharePoint/Teams rights, access reviews, and coordination with IAM experts.

Messaging and collaboration: Migrating mailboxes, archives, calendars,
contacts, lists, delegations, Teams spaces, SharePoint libraries, and
collaborative sites.

General technical coordination: understanding of interactions with network,
security, workstations, applications, user support and operations.
