What Makes You a Great Fit
- Licensure: Licensed in the State of Minnesota to practice medicine.
- Training: Successfully completed an accredited Postgraduate Training Residency.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in General/Adult Psychiatry.
- Medical Privileges: Ability to maintain required medical staff privileges and malpractice insurance.
- Knowledge Base: Knowledgeable about adult, adolescent, and child psychiatric disorders, as well as advanced principles of abnormal psychology.
- Confidentiality: Ability to maintain information as highly confidential.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical record documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, and able to access and use intranet sites as necessary.
- Adaptability: Ability to smoothly and rapidly shift between dissimilar tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Crisis Management: Ability to react quickly and calmly as part of a team to handle volatile and potentially emergency situations, making effective decisions under stress.
- Patient Management: After training, capable of managing disruptive and explosive patients.
- DEA Certification: DEA certification is required.
Pay range for this position is $300,000 to $325,000, depending on education and experience.
Signing Bonus & Relocation Allowance offered.
